Important Note:
- Gravity.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed and delivered for no delivery cost in U.A.E. within 2-3 business days.
- The delivery terms could vary if your location falls in secluded or rural areas of U.A.E.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Gravity.ae is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
